Welcome to Battersea Park Clinic – The UK’s Top Destination for Healing and Wellness

A destination for modern wellbeing experiences

Battersea Park Clinic offers thoughtfully designed wellbeing experiences in the heart of London. Our space is dedicated to comfort, calm, and balance, bringing together contemporary facilities with a holistic approach to relaxation and self-care.

As the UK’s first centre to offer the Energy Enhancement System as a wellbeing experience, our facilities include a 24-unit EESystem space, infrared sauna, hyperbaric oxygen sessions, and optional salt baths. Each service is offered as part of a wider wellbeing environment designed to support rest, relaxation, and a sense of renewal.

Our centre focuses on non-invasive wellbeing services that complement modern lifestyles. Experiences are personalised around comfort, preference, and individual wellbeing goals, with no requirement to follow a prescribed programme.

Meet the Founder

Alastair Jessel has been involved in the development of Battersea Park Clinic since 1999, shaping it into a space dedicated to wellbeing, reflection, and lifestyle-focused self-care. During the first Covid lockdown, the site evolved into a centre offering non-invasive wellbeing experiences in a calm and supportive environment.

Inspired by his father, Sir Charles Jessel Bt, a long-standing advocate of nutrition education and former President of the Institute of Optimum Nutrition, Alastair’s approach has been influenced by a lifelong interest in mindful living, nutrition, and holistic wellbeing practices.

In 2022, the clinic introduced the Energy Enhancement System as part of its wider wellbeing offering. Alongside this, the centre provides infrared and red light experiences, hyperbaric oxygen sessions, and a curated range of wellbeing products, all offered as optional elements of a broader self-care approach.

Alastair is also the founder of the Association of Energy and Frequency Practitioners and Battersea Park Events, which has hosted wellbeing-focused talks and events exploring lifestyle, mindfulness, and complementary wellbeing practices.

He remains committed to sharing knowledge around balanced living, mindful nutrition, reducing everyday stressors, and encouraging practices that support a sense of connection between mind, body, and lifestyle.
