When preparing a bath, aim for a comfortably warm temperature that feels relaxing without irritating the skin. If you are using bath salts, add them while the bath is running so they dissolve evenly.

Many guests describe their sessions as calming and relaxing, both during and afterwards. Some people notice they feel more tired than usual or experience general sensations of heaviness or mild discomfort, particularly if they are new to sessions. These experiences can vary from person to person and usually settle naturally with rest, hydration, and time.

Everyone’s experience is individual. If anything feels uncomfortable or concerning, you are always welcome to pause sessions and speak with a healthcare professional if you wish.

Bath Guidance

Bathe for 20 minutes

We recommend soaking in the bath for around 20 minutes, as this is a comfortable amount of time for most people to relax and unwind. Longer baths can sometimes lead to feeling light-headed, dehydrated, or uncomfortable, particularly if the water is very warm.

Everyone’s experience is individual, so you’re welcome to adjust the timing based on what feels best for your body. If you begin to feel uncomfortable, it’s best to end the bath, cool down, and hydrate.

Shower

After your bath, you may continue to feel warm or notice light perspiration. This is normal after time spent in warm water.

A brief lukewarm shower can help rinse away any remaining salt from the skin and leave you feeling refreshed and comfortable.

Rehydrate & Replenish

After a warm bath, it’s a good idea to drink water and take time to cool down, as heat can leave some people feeling a little dehydrated.

Some people choose to use additional self-care products, such as body oils or sprays, as part of their routine after a bath. We offer a magnesium oil spray as part of our bath bundle for those who wish to include it in their personal routine, but its use is entirely optional.

Water & Lotion

To finish off, rehydrate your body with lots of water to help flush out your natural detoxification system. You can also leave your skin feeling nice and smooth by using coconut oil or a moisturiser after your bath, which is available in our bathrooms.

Many people like to follow their Energy Enhancement System session with simple self-care practices, such as rest, hydration, and bathing, as part of their overall wellbeing routine.

Everyone’s experience of a session is individual. Some guests describe feeling deeply relaxed afterwards, while others notice temporary changes in how they feel, such as tiredness or general sensitivity, particularly when they are new to sessions. These experiences can vary from person to person and usually settle with time, rest, and good hydration.

The body already has its own natural processes for maintaining balance, and our suggested aftercare practices are simply offered as optional ways to support comfort and relaxation following a session.

Why try a sea salt bath after your session?

Many people enjoy pairing their Energy Enhancement System session with a warm sea salt bath as part of their wider self-care routine.

A warm bath can feel deeply relaxing, help the body unwind, and offer a quiet moment of rest after a session. Adding sea salt is a traditional practice that some people find enhances the sensory experience of bathing, making it feel more grounding and soothing.

Sea salt contains naturally occurring minerals and is widely used in baths for its texture and feel on the skin. Some guests find that a salt bath feels more luxurious or calming than a plain bath, and choose to include it as part of their routine.

Everyone’s experience is individual. A salt bath is entirely optional and is offered as a comfort-based, wellbeing practice rather than a medical or physiological requirement.
