What is the RASHA chair?

Scalar plasma energy and Base-12 sound frequencies

The RASHA is a non-invasive wellness technology that uses scalar plasma energy and proprietary Base-12 sound frequencies to support relaxation, nervous system regulation and a sense of deep calm. It is used in integrative wellness settings around the world, and Battersea Park Clinic is among the first clinics in London to offer it.

You recline in a zero-gravity chair while a personalised frequency programme runs. Nothing is injected or applied to the skin, and nothing is worn beyond a set of headphones. Most people simply rest, and many describe entering a meditative state within a few minutes.

RASHA is a wellness experience. It is not a substitute for medical treatment and makes no medical claims. Individual experiences vary.

What to expect from a RASHA session

The experience

Deep relaxation. Many clients report a profound sense of calm and stillness during and after their session. The combination of scalar energy and sound creates an environment that encourages the body to enter a deeply restful state.

Mental quietude. The frequency programmes are designed to support mental clarity and a reduction in the sense of mental busyness. Clients often describe a feeling of spaciousness and ease in the period following their session.

Energetic balance. The RASHA is intended to support a sense of balance and harmony. Users may notice a feeling of groundedness, improved mood, and a general sense of ease, particularly with regular sessions over time.

These are descriptions of the subjective wellbeing experience of a session. They are not medical or therapeutic claims, and individual experiences vary.

RASHA 720 chair and ScalarSonic headphones

We currently offer the RASHA chair and the ScalarSonic headphones, both available as standalone sessions or combined within a single visit. Our practitioners will advise which option is most appropriate for you.

The RASHA 720 chair, full-body session. An immersive, full-body wellness experience in which you recline in our zero-gravity chair and receive a personalised scalar energy and sound frequency session. Non-invasive and effortless: simply rest and allow the frequencies to work. A 60-minute immersive session with a personalised frequency programme, a zero-gravity reclined position, a practitioner present throughout and a post-session wellbeing review.

ScalarSonic headphones, focused session. High-fidelity headphones engineered to deliver Base-12 scalar frequency programmes directly through sound. An ideal introduction to the RASHA system, or a complement to other clinic treatments. A 30-minute focused session with a choice of wellness programme, suitable on its own or combined with the chair.

How a RASHA session works, step by step

Your visit

1. Initial consultation. Before your first session, a brief wellbeing check-in with one of our practitioners to understand your goals, your current health context and which modality is most appropriate. We also review any contraindications at this stage.

2. Setting your intention. You are guided through our frequency programme library and invited to select a theme for your session, whether that is relaxation, mental clarity, energy or general restoration. There is no right or wrong choice.

3. Your session. Recline in the zero-gravity chair, put on the ScalarSonic headphones and allow the session to unfold. No effort is required. Most clients enter a deeply restful, meditative state within minutes, and your practitioner remains available throughout.

4. Post-session integration. Afterwards we encourage a few quiet minutes before you leave the clinic. Your practitioner will briefly discuss your experience and suggest any complementary approaches from our wider integrative offering.
