3. Talk from Fiona about how she healed from Leukaemia, sarcoma as a child and metastasised cervix cancer as an adult
4. Tapping group exercise to release fear and limiting beliefs about your health
5. PSYCH-K exercises to programme your subconscious mind for health and wellness
