Wellness Workshop & Detox Day

The day will include;

Introductory Talks and Activities covering;

• Theories of disease.
• Toxicity, deficiency.
• Why detox
• The benefits of detoxing
• Exploring environmental toxicity, how to reduce and avoid it
• How to detox, where to start.
• Self-assessment of toxicity symptoms
• Understanding your toxic load and burden
• Natural Solutions
• Preparation for cleansing
• How to start and do a colon cleanse at home (a natural colon cleanse will be available to purchase on the day)
• How to support your colon cleanse, with foods, supplements, techniques etc

• 4 hours in the EE detoxification and healing system room (WORTH £160)

10.45am Arrival

11am - 12.15pm Session 1: Introductory look at The Root of Dis-ease & Key issues

12.15pm - 12.30pm Break

12.30pm  - 1.30pm Session 2: Natural Solutions & Detoxification

1.30pm  - 2.15pm Lunch (bring a packed lunch or visit a local cafe)

2.15pm - 3 pm Session 3: Guided meditation & Personal Action Plan

3pm - 4pm Session 4:  The choice of Infrared Sauna (day pass 1) or Detox Salt Bath (day pass 2) 

4pm - 5pm Session 5: EE room with Solfeggio frequencies

5pm - 5.30pm Evaluation & Close

Please bring a bathing suit for the sauna and shower gel for after. There is a hairdryer and changing room onsite.
