You have the freedom to cancel any order you make with us within a specific period, which is 14 days. Returns are also accepted, the items need to be returned to us in the original packing, unopened and unused. This only applies to physical products.

All items are shipped directly to the address indicated when placing your order.   Email confirmation will be sent directly when shipped and tracking information will be provided if a tracked shipping service is used.
